Service Plan
Our annual subscription service can be paid for either on a monthly basis or a year in advance for better savings and includes the following items:
Home openings and closings, which any time of year help make sure you and your guests arrive to a home that’s ready for a vacation and ensure your home is consistently prepped for being unoccupied during the winter months.

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your arrival and we will: Turn on the house water, turn on the hot
water heater and turn up the heat (in winter). You will
arrive to a house that’s warm, inviting and has hot water for a
shower after your trip.
· When you depart we will: Turn off the house water, turn down the hot water heater, turn down the heater to an appropriate level for protection (off in summer), set up cabinets and interior doors to allow for proper heat circulation relative to plumbing (in winter only), check all windows and doors to ensure they’re closed and locked and make sure all the lights are turned off.
· During the winter months we will also drain the water from the plumbing (provided your home has the capability) to help minimize damage should the unthinkable happen and your furnace fail or we have an intense cold spell like in January of 2007. This can save you a lot of money and headaches!
Weekly internal and external inspection.
· We will: Check windows and doors for security problems or breakage, look for any
interior leaks from the
plumbing or roof, inspect roof and decks for excessive snow loads,
monitor interior heat and adjust as necessary, check for smoke
detectors, alarms or thermostats that require battery replacement,
look for any signs of bug or rodent infestation and otherwise put
our eyes, ears and nose to work looking for potential problems
on the inside and outside of your home to try and catch them before
they become major problems.
24/7 emergency on-call service.
· If you come home from dinner to find you’ve locked yourself out or the pilot blew out in the hot water heater, you can page us. We maintain 24/7/365 coverage for emergencies and can even function as a responder for alarm calls.
Contractor key service.
· If you need to have a couch delivered while you’re out of town, or have someone watch over the cable technician while they service your home, we’re here for you.
Review of your home for winterization.
· At the beginning of each winter
we perform a detailed inspection of your home to
look for any potential problem areas that may crop up from cold
temperatures and snow/ice loads.
A record of arrival and departure dates for your home
· We keep an ongoing record of your arrivals and departures. Something that is particularly useful for the condominium owner who is renting on their own and benefits from our tracking/monitoring.
Access to all of our additional services, which are provided only to our subscribers and at special rates.
