visit or regular service every time you come and go, AHS strives to provide our client’s
homes with a professional polish that is tailored to your needs.
Landscaping
With years of experience maintaining lawns, flower beds and irrigation systems, AHS
knows 
what it takes to keep your flora thriving in the harsh summer environs of Mammoth.
We provide spring clean up, weekly lawn and flower bed
care, fertilization, small tree and shrub service and
winterization. For your irrigation, we will start up and shut
down (including purging water) your irrigation system,
program clocks for minimal water usage (including modifying
the programs to conform to town water restrictions) and
check semi-monthly for proper function.
Service Coordination
If you should need the windows cleaned, chimney swept, furnace serviced, toilet fixed, a
window replaced or any of the other myriad of tasks that keep a home functional and
protected AHS maintains close, strong working relationships with all the trades. We will
schedule service, let the tradesperson in, check on works-in-progress, inspect completed
work and invoice you as part of our monthly cycle. This ensures that the work being
performed in your house is being done by a tradesperson who has been vetted by us and
will deliver timely and professional service. It also enables you to enjoy your vacation
instead of working on a ‘to do’ list.
Snow Management
· Residential Driveways
AHS utilizes a modern fleet of well maintained Bobcat skid steers equipped with blowers to
keep your driveway 
clear of snow while maximizing your snow storage and minimizing
damage to your landscaping; however, our real secret is our
long term staff of professional drivers whose 1000’s of hours
of experience are demonstrated every time they’re in your
driveway.
· Snow Shoveling
Whether you require regular service to keep your front
walkways and decks clear of snow and ice or a one time
service to clear your decks and roof of an excessive snow load, our professional shoveling staff
has years of experience and the proper tools to safely and effectively remove snow by hand.
